Linen & Cotton Clothing Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle or hand wash in cool water. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. Reshape while damp and lay flat or hang to dry — avoid tumble drying on high heat as this can shrink natural fibres. Linen may wrinkle naturally and that is part of its character. A light steam iron on medium heat will restore a clean finish. The more you wash linen correctly, the softer it becomes.
Shapewear & Intimates Hand wash in cool water using a gentle detergent. Never machine wash shapewear as agitation breaks down the elastane fibres that provide support and shape. Do not wring or twist gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Avoid ironing shapewear directly.
Jewelry Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions and direct sunlight. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratching. Clean gently with a dry soft cloth after wearing. For silver pieces, use a silver polishing cloth periodically to maintain shine. Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising or sleeping.
Bags & Wallets Wipe leather and faux leather products with a clean dry cloth after use. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or moisture. Store bags stuffed with tissue paper to maintain their shape when not in use. Keep canvas bags away from sharp objects and spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap only. Do not submerge canvas bags in water.
Watches Avoid exposing watches to water unless specifically rated as waterproof. Keep away from extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields and direct sunlight for extended periods. Wipe the strap and case with a soft dry cloth regularly. For mechanical watches, wind gently and store in a protective case when not being worn.
Red Light Therapy Devices Clean device surfaces with a slightly damp soft cloth before and after use. Never submerge any device in water. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use near open water. Check the power cable and device body regularly for any signs of wear before each session. Follow the specific usage guidelines included with each device for best results and safety.
Smart Gadgets & Electronics Keep all electronic products away from water, extreme heat and direct sunlight. Clean with a dry microfibre cloth only never use liquid cleaners on electronic surfaces. Store in protective cases when travelling. Charge using the recommended cable and adaptor only. Avoid fully draining battery-powered devices repeatedly as this reduces long-term battery health.
Children's Toys & Baby Products Clean plastic and acrylic toys with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge electronic toys in water. For plush and fabric toys, check the label for individual washing instructions most can be surface cleaned or machine washed on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Inspect toys regularly for any signs of wear, loose parts or damage. Keep small parts away from children under three years of age.
Maternity & Nursing Pillows Most pillow covers are removable and machine washable on a gentle cool cycle. Do not tumble dry on high heat air dry or use a low heat setting. The inner pillow filling should not be machine washed. Spot clean the inner filling only with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry completely before replacing the cover.
Skincare & Wellness Products Store all skincare products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep lids tightly closed after each use. Do not introduce water into product containers as this can compromise the formula. Check the expiry date printed on each product and discontinue use if any change in texture, colour or scent is noticed. Perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin.
