Shipping policy

TresAdore processes all orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select regions. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

TresAdore is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
