Refund policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, shapewear, intimates, skincare products and personal wellness devices cannot be returned once opened or used.
To initiate a return, please contact us directly at info4tresadore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 to 3 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at info4tresadore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest possible processing time and guarantees availability of the item you want.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info4tresadore@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard returns process upon delivery.
